After thirteen years of poor control my Dr sent me to see a dietician i have never seen one before. My blood sugers was always in high teens early twentys . She explained about matching carbs to amount of insulin i use.Since i started following advice my levels have dropped to a range of 4.6 to 10.3. I feel fitter and healthier than i have for ten years ,i no longer feel like going to sleep half way through afternoon .i wondered how many others use this method. :crazy:
