Anybody changed sites lately ? I've been type 1 for 7 years and have always done novorapid in my tummy , I'm trying in my upper arm from today , wondering if it will absorb as quick or ?

cheers

Last year, the DSN made me stop using my stomach for injections and gave me 4mm needles to use on my arm. It was probably due to all the scarring around my waist, but I had much better absorption in my arms and I ended up injecting less novorapid.

Stomach is fastest absorption. Arms next the legs slowest. Think that's the correct order (stomach is definitely fastest though)

Bolus in my belly, basal in my thighs. As others have said, belly is fastest absorption, thighs one of the slowest.

Edit: corrected autocorrect.

Insulin
levemir in my backside, not enough fat on my thighs so teh insulin seemed to pool back on the skin surface - Picture rock hard slabs of muscle

Novorapid in the stomach, mentally spit into 8 and each "octant" used for a week and then onto the next one.
