Today I had:

Brekkies
Full fat greek yoghurt with double cream and coconut oil blended with peanuts

Lunch
Cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and celery with full fat mayo followed by a few strawberries with double cream

Dinner
Spicy pork ribs and chicken wings with cauli mash

I eat low carb, high fat every day and have been for almost a year, after a couple of months where my weight was steady it took a dive of 5 lbs last week... oh and my last hbA1c was 41 :D

Thanks Andy, I am not a great lover of plain coconut oil so I generally flavour it with something like ground peanuts, or a bit of sweetener and vanilla essence, etc... then leave it to set in the fridge... I chip bits off and it goes well in the yoghurt and cream and gets me some extra saturated fat in for the day :)
