GM Got my latest results yesterday HBA1c 5.9 Cholesterol 3.1 BP 120/78 all good .DN nurse said that if these were resultsbefore I was diagnosed as Type 2 I would not have been diagnosed as diabetic,my HBA1c results have been the same for the last three 6 monthly check ups so its happy days, I must be doing something right

GM Not Doing anything special just keeping carbs down and walking exercise almost every day unless its raining and as long as I stay on the straight and narrow I hope to keep BAD effects at bay as long
