how can i lower blood sugars

going into my 5th week now diet controlled method low carb mainly. testing bs before meals and after meals , my bs don't seem to go down , there mainly in the 5s , is this a good level ? or could it do with coming down a bit more , I don't think I can eat any less food than what im doing now.

maybe I will have to go on a metformin ?

Will do sandysan - need it sorting out. Work full time and feel so tired and unwell. Hope that Dr will help, although last time I spoke to him, he had all my meds wrong - obviously had not read my note....a bit worrying. Keep up the good work - looks like you are doing a brilliant job!!!! :)
