I highly recommend it. It changed everything for me. It gives you the knowledge to eat whatever you want and adjust your insulin accordingly. They don't discuss diet but they give you the choice to eat how you want, but encourage common sense. I am now equipped to follow any diet I want and I regularly swap and change, because I carb count I can do low carb, weightwatchers or have a blow out carb fest weekend and manage my sugar levels whatever. It also helps with exercise and illness. It's great as it gives you the flexibility to eat what you want when you want, exercise when you want (or not) without having to stick to any routine. Knowledge is power! Definitely take up the opportunity if you can.
