Hi folks. Into my 3rd week on HFLC and exercise, I thought I was doing well. BS down from 8.1 to 7-7.5.
However, my last 2 morning readings have gone back up to 8.5.
I check my BG level at work at about 8am after a train commute.
The only difference in the last 2 days have been incidents that have put me in a really bad mood before taking a reading. Do you think that people that make your blood boil can affect your glucose levels?
