at the moment i am always feeleing run down and always having bouts of bad mood swings im type 2 have been for 2 yrs but these mood swings have got generally more frequent should i see the doc

thanks all for replying i did go to the docs i will be tested for my thyroid and other stuff but also said i have moderate depression after doin the test so signed of work for a week today still no better still feeling down and cant be bothered to do anything

What are your sugar levels like? I had less energy before now I have brought them down I feel lots better

my sugar levels r ok between 5.9 to 6.3
