Last night bed time level 5.9 and this morning fasting was 5.6. I never realised that I could achieve this. Midday levels are still high but . . . . . Slowly, slowly

Been going to Hosp to learn more about cabs had some great reading after 36 years then lost it again still trying to get there know how u feel but great news and good luck lol

Well done Alan. I have been struggling to lower my BG levels for about six weeks now. Started at 16.5 and am now down to 8.6 before breakfast today. Still a long way to go but keep plodding on!!
