I would like to know if every male with type 1 has problems with his little man hood and what do they do to overcome it

I'm sure this is quite common and there are drugs which can help. Talk to your doc.

The injections always work - and I mean always. It lasts for an hour - sometimes longer and if you pop your cork too fast you will remain erect anyway or you will recover in a matter of minutes. (like being 14 again LOL)

Very very easy to use and the needle is so fine it's virtually painless.

There are no side effects other than for several hours afterwards you will get sporadic erections. No heartburn, no flashing lights.

I'm T2 as well. The needle is inserted into the side of the shaft and I guarentee it is virtually painless. The lancets you prick your finger with for blood tests are ten times worse.

Think I'm with Tigger on this one ! If I had to choose between a tablet or a needle in my winkie, it's a no brainer !!!

Having used Viagra, Cialis and Levitra, I can assure you the injections are far more effective and have far better results. If I had known at the start what I know now I'd have skipped the tablets and gone straight for the injections from the start.

But as you are a diabetic, sooner or later the performance tablets will stop working and you'll have to switch to alternatives anyway and if it's injections you'll see what I mean.
