Sugarsnap peas and Teriyaki Sauce

I ate the whole bag!
Dipped each one in teriyaki sauce and it tasted wonderful.
Then it sent my sugars into orbit!

I treat all foods that I'm not sure about as though they are potentially poisonous . I have spiked once too many times to take any risks.
