For me, I think it remarkable that I have now felt so good just with vit d and no AD's for so long now. I find it truly remarkable as I felt **** for so long!!

I was gobsmacked by the difference it made - Vitamin D and giving up grains have been the best two things for my health so far. It's infuriating to think how long I suffered with depression and gut issues. Don't get me started, LOL

Do you find that vitamin d helps? What sort of way do you take it, like a supplement?

Tablet but you need a blood test to see if you are low or not and how much also calcium test should be done.
