i am a fan of sayings, mainly because they are short and easy to read lol but i like the ones that make me think, then smile, this is my current favourite, albert einstein is credited with saying it....

About 6 months ago, I was paying for the car parking and had my youngest with me. Unfortunately I didn't have enough change so I had to use a note . It then gave me the change in pounds. This complete ar@@ got his knickers in a twist and started having a go. I remained calm and stood my ground. Then the amount of coins, jammed the machine. He then tried to lean around me and insert his ticket. I told him to wait his turn and pressed the help button. Fortunately the car park attendant heard him and came and sorted out the machine. Anyway the point of this story is that when this ar@@hole got back to his car, someone had scratched his car really badly and driven off. What goes around.... (It wasn't me by the way!)

That reminds me of one of my sayings "karma is a ***** and will bite you in the ass"

A wonderful friend posted this on Facebook today. It's marvellous don't you think?

"Don't ruin a good today by thinking about a bad yesterday".

I do think that it might be said not to obsess about a bad yesterday really, sometimes it's hard to let go of it and not just from yesterday either. What about all that stuff we hang onto from our lives? What a wonderful thing it would be to live in the moment, just for now.

And it's true that worrying about stuff we would do better to forget about really does mess up the 'now'.
