It's my diabetes day!! I've had type one diabetes for 1 year now!! I can't believe it has already been a year! It's gone so quickly xx

Hey! I'm going to celebrate 1 year of type 1 diabetes too! But I got diagnosed in summer so that's when I'm celebrating. Oh and I hope you had/have a good time.
