Hi, had my first hypo in about 5 years last night, my own fault didn't eat enough. Just wondered is it normal to feel like rubbish the next day?

Yes, is the simple answer. I used to suffer from migraines because of my job and I think a bad hypo can take just as long to get over.

Thanks, you've set my mind at rest, it does feel like a really bad hangover, so glad I work from home, I don't think I could have driven into work today.

Sometimes I get hypos early afternoon, and even though my bloods go back up, I still feel as though I am having a hypo. And only sleep will get me back to feeling ok.
