I like to weight train 2-3 times a week and have been recommended ZMA tablets. I was told they are just natural supplements! Are they ok to take being a diabetic?
Im Type 2 can I take ZMA supplements?

Why would it affect your medication?
As people always say check with your doctor before listening to me.
I do casual weight training and take many supplements . I am type 1. I eat generally healthy with the odd treat.
I take fish oil / omegas.
2 multi vitamin supplements.
ZMA
creatine tablets / powders . Lean mass whey's.
protein powders
BCAA's
CLA's
And others at times.
Along with Fast and slow acting insulins of course i have never had a reaction / difference to my diabetes control, and normally have good readings.

Sorry totally forgot I posted on the forum, I have still not purchased and used ZMA supplements. I would be very interested to speak to people with T2 diabetes who use ZMA supplements, anybody else using them?
My main concerns are if they could affect organ function etc?
