Heavy breathing while exercising

Hi everyone, got diagnosed 4 month ago and just wanted to ask for some advise on my heavy breathing problem while I exercise (and yes I'm in good shape) because I never had that problem before the whole diabetes thing happened???

Hi Dzialo well done on your control I was thinking of breathing condition's, Asthma? people can get Asthma at any age, also some medication could cause side effects. Probably worth mentioning it to your GP. Good luck and I hope you can get some relief soon. Take care.

MIne's pretty good as well, but depending on circumstances I sometimes sound like a train,

All depends on a variety of factors, effort, fatigue, hydration, temperature, terrain ...
