Does anyone have previous experience having reflexology with type 1 diabetes. Not sure how it will put my blood sugars. Had it done before diagnosed but not sure about having it again! :)

I had reflexology this afternoon, no problem, was 7.7 before I drove there and 6.6 driving home :)

I found it lowered my carb ratio / increased my insulin sensitivity for a week or so. But any kind of deep relaxation seems to do that for me.

When I had reflexology a few years back it would occasionally lower my blood sugar a bit - I think it depended on which areas had been manipulated though. Just be aware that it might happen and prepare accordingly!
