I am Rozy, have been diagnosed type 2 for about a year now. I found the diagnosis very difficult to come to terms with but now after about a year I am accepting it better. I have looked at threads on this forum before and found things helpful so decided to join,. Just thought I would introduce myself and say hello.

Thank you. Did you also find it hard to come to terms with? There is so much conflicting information given by different health professionals it is good to read others' experiences to get a balance.

I can only speak for my own personal experience, under the nhs program I went on 320gm of gliclazide and made no real progress since going lchf I have got down to 40gm, and thatd down to the help and support shared in this forum
