Fizzy Juice + Type 1

Hi

I'm type 1 controlled with basol bolus and I use carb counting (spelling)

I'm told can have some (little) fizzy juice as long it is diet or low sugar

Now where do I stand with energy drinks

Found a bottle from tesco with no added sugar.

Can I have these.

if your talking about the red bull type drinks, then yes....there are variants of these with no sugar, so it will just be the caffeine or taurine or whatever it is is they use in them........

always check the carb values though as a lot of these cans have indistinguishable colours on them that don't make identifying sugar free versions very clear.....
