bs always high in a morning

im scared my blood sugars are always high in a morning and I dont know what to do to get them lower . was 8.4 this morning with nothing to eatvuet now I wont eat in fear of making them go higher. I was doing welll a few months ago getting 4/5s but not now dobt know whats happening .
