pre tea 11.2 post tea 13,1 bit too high tonight but i did have some ice cream this afternoon

i am very happy with the results apart from tonights reading but know why
just wish my first morning reading was lower

That's a good result in that your spike was very low, and great you realise why your starting level was too high and what a simple ice cream can do to you! No harm in a small treat every now and again as long as it is only every now and again and doesn't become regular. I hope you enjoyed it, you deserved it!

Your morning levels will come down Ally, but it can take time.

Having the odd high reading isn't really a problem as long as you know why it is high and it is just occasionally. You are doing great, keep the control and your morning reading will come down too.
