Hi everyone just wanted some tips for a good diet when pregnant as I know you have to have some carbs but not go too mad to make the sugars high I'm in the planning stages I'm tyoe 2 thanks
I've lowered my carbs and it's had a great improvement on my bg readings so carrying on with that, obviously eat more carbs when needed if low etc so plan on doing that still when I fall pregnant so I avoid the peaks from too many carbs xx
