if it is your complete arm I would go and see your doctor. More likely a trapped nerve or poor blood flow for some reason. Only your GP will be able to get to the bottom of it.

Yes I did which I ignored for ages. Then asked the doc about it who said it was just carpel tunnel despite me saying it had also begun to affect my feet. To cut a long story short I had tingling in my hand, arms, feet, legs and eventually also my groin. It became so intense it was unbearable. Then the sides of my legs went numb. Went to back to the doc and that's what prompted the test for diabetes.

Now that I eat right it's greatly lessened to a mild tingling, mainly noticable at night when I lay down. The tingling is neuropathy due to raised BG levels.

Hi , when my BG levels were very high and I was not diagnosed , pain and tingling in arms hands , legs and feet ...were all my symptoms ...
Not now though ....take care
