Thanks for your reply. Yeah things can get tough but thankfully I know some experienced diabetics and have you guys on forum to talk too. I am slowly trying to reduce carbs, but finding i get quite hungry with lower carbs

Sorry, but I just wonder if gluten this much dangerous? I have never seen the people who was really sensitive about gluten and consider the gluten-free diets as useless.

Not to sure why your question relates to diabetes,yet is is a very interesting point.
Gluten Intolerance is very serious, if you had it you would certainly know about,
Strangely enough there are benefits from going a gluten free diet,even if you don't have Gluten sensitivity
