Anyone agree it might be useful if this thread could be a "sticky" and be updated by members with any new research about sweeteners or news of any new artificial sweeteners etc.

I heard Coca Cola are now using Stevia in some of their drinks, and claiming it's some kind of "healthy" (and packaged in green cans) coke.. but apparently it's still full of sugar.
