This World Diabetes Day (TODAY!), get involved with the #BloodSugarSelfie campaign. This time, there’s a twist.
We are aiming for a world record and we need your help! We want you to share your #BloodSugarSelfies with us, take them with your friends, family or even your food. Live near a famous landmark? Take a BloodSugarSelfie with that too – we’re going global! Not got a meter? Don’t panic. Just send us a selfie with your breakfast, lunch or dinner and we will share it on WDD.
It’s a great way to reach out and engage with others in the diabetes community, while at the same time illustrating the variations in blood sugar levels at different times, variations in what people eat and the choices different people have.
