It's working....

Have just been for my latest hb1ac results and am well chuffed. I've been low carbing about 6-7 weeks with a few cheats :/

My results in Sept were hb1ac 9.6%, cholestrol 4.7
Today they came in at 7.8% and 4.7....i have never had a result this low! Never under 9. I have also lost 11lb and my blood pressure is lower.

Great results, just goes to show that eating fewer foods that raise your BGs, gives you better BGs! I just wish that health care professionals will realise the one day!
