Brain fog

Too many low blood sugars can cause this, due to not enough glucose in the brain. My memory has got very bad over the years since have diabetic fits. But it could also be due to something else. Do you get any muscular pain? Like in your back or legs?

Both. Look it up on the forums thru a search. Plenty of info about it and it can occur first few weeks of LCHF

It was high blood sugar. Now I've finally got some bolus insulin as well, my average BS so much, much better. Brain fog going.
