Hi all, I have started doing weights, when I went to the gym a while back I did a mixture of cardio & weights, but after injuring my foot in sept there is limited cardio I can do on it so stick to weights now.
Normally I try to eat & inject 1-2hrs before the gym so I still have insulin working although my bloods may still be raised. I normally find my bloods drop faster durning the exercising & for a while after, although they have stayed stable a couple times. Just looking for some advice on what people normally do when doing weights with food & insulin?
Thinking about having protein shakes as well but want to try & get it all sorted as it is at the moment.
