Why is it higher getting up than it was when going to bed????

Mine is always higher it's called dawn phenomenon it's where your liver dumps glucose into your system as a wake-up call

After having had my lowest reading yesterday morning at 7.1, today it is 8.2

Midnightstar, sorry to hear you are still having headaches, have you seen a doctor to see if they can help? take care.

Is anyone else suffering from hay fever yet? My eyes feel so sore and have blurry vision.

6.6 just been diagnosed and not on medication. Does anyone know if that's a good reading without meds or do I need them?

Under 7 is the guideline. Keep off the meds if you can.
