Today I walked at Lunchtime , still a bit cold in Scotland .
I came across this plaque
Apparently the man left the area where I live and became Prime minister in Australia , wonder if my daughter will too lol

The oldies Pilates class Tuesday rendered me unable to do anything at all since. Will potter around the garden today and hope that energy to do more returnes soon.

I literally have not been able to since that rogue Pilates class, but thanks anyway! You have kept going even while it has been quiet here. Well done Jamrox.

40 minutes walk today.

Still plodding on with mixture of walking and cycling.
Today an hour walking and I'll try and peddle a bit after dinner.

Today I watched yesterday f1 qualify and then walked around one of the bleakest places I've been .
Dunaskin , it is a closed railways place that has been left to rot.

One day it will be a setting of an old WW2 film I think, it was awful.
