First yearly DN Visit

Hi

I have just come home from my first yearly check-up with the DN (even though I was only diagnosed in December last year). I was really nervous but glad to say that my HBA1C is down from 61 on diagnosis to 53 in January to 47. My cholesterol is also down slightly (At least it is heading in the right direction). Also lost a little weight, so I am feeling I must be doing something right.

No I didn't but she said whatever I am doing seems to be working. I'm trying to cut back on the carbs and doing a sort of LCHF
