3 carbs per crispbread at Waitrose

This morning, I bought 2 packs of 33% carb crispbread in Waitrose. Each one weighs only 10g, so that's 3carbs per crispbread. Just right for cheese spread of the Philadelphia type.( the lovely one from Lidl :)

Hi Hanadr,

Whose crispbreads are they - are they Waitrose's own or of scandanavian origin? You've made me feel hungry I could just do with a crispbread spead with lovely cream cheese!!

Hi, Should these be okay for anyone bearing in mind spikes or will the cheese spread help with this please? I am worried about trying things since my spike of 14 with 10g of oatbran!

They are the Swedish oat bran things and yes a bit like cardboard, but crunchy and you can spread cheese on them, which is difficult with a lot of things. All that Oat bran should be good for the "lower Bowel" too
