Is it true that T2's get prescriptions free?

If so, how?

What criteria apply?

My GP gave me a prescription for 100 x 75mmg soluble aspirin tabs. I am not daft. I get them for 88p over the counter, not £7.20 on prescription.

The rest of my stuff I pay for. No-one hinted the 'free' word.

Only three more years to go before I get a pension anyway. I'd prefer to move to Devon. Can I get that declared a part of Wales, or is it best to settle west of the Tamar and wait for Cornish liberation?

Scotland is heading towards free prescriptions as well.At the moment we are £5 ,you could aleays nip to a chemists just across the border!
