App to record food intake and BG

I'm looking for an App that facilitates a food diary, BG results and insulin dosage. Any recommendation?

i dnt know if it al exists in ne place. for a food intake I use myfitnesspal. not perfect but don't know anything better

I use Diabetes:M. I think you might find it does everything you need.

I use the app DAFNE online. Take a look at it, even if you're not on DAFNE it would be great.
