Sorry it's late but have just got back from my grand daughters 18th
This morning I was 4.6 it's becoming a habit.
To my amazement after eating all the wrong things including cup cakes birthday cake hotdog and spuds ( only 2) my readings 2hrs on 4.7 ???? Don't know what's going on.

Shhhhh, just smile sweetly and be glad you got away with it

Morning all on this damp dank start to the day in Devon, fasting levels a bit on the high side at 5.9, could be down to over indulgence at the Father's Day BBQ yesterday, you got to have a treat occasionally.
