Pasta, sorry to me it's vile, yeuch lol (and full of nasty carbs)
On initial diagnosis years ago I was 112 mmol/mol. Last year I was 94 mmol/mol so a slight improvement. Just got my latest results of my diabetes blood/urine tests and my HbA1c has plummeted to 58 mmol/mol so nearly normal. Feeling good lol..

Are you feeling better? I know you have other stuff going on too, but has the lower bg helped?

Well done, I started at 135 !!! went down to 70 and now reached 40 - so pleased x

Yes...cut carbs to a minimum, think this has been a major factor.
