Oh no, not what you wanted...did you make a start on your vegetable beds.....do you think your steroid injections are playing a part in the erratic readings?

This morning muesli. But not been feeling very well today either upset stomach, nausea and a pain in my right side that won't go away.

Still haven't been told my type yet. And not on meds yet either seeing my gp tomorrow to find out what they are putting me on. Am I ichf?

Ok ask your doc for a printout of your results and well be able to give you a breakdown of what they mean,low carbohydrate high fat diet, most of us on hear limit the carbs and protein and up the good fats, i've lost 3st 9 lbs now in 10 months and my bs has dropped from 28.6 to todays average of 3.8mmols. Keep posting and good luck at the doc's tomorrowps i'll tag @daisy1 for you to get the info pack for new posters.

I've already read daisy info pack for new posters. And I'll ask my doctor for a print out if I remember tomorrow.

No... The sleepers to box ups in bed won't come till end of month
But did add 1 foot of top soil on top the 10x10ft spot
Dead tired now

I felt so tired and felt just weak
We was out at home base
So feeling POo get back on bus
Head home
30 min
Later get in test blood

But did not get the buzz feeling of rush from
It this time !!!!!

I'm not preaching....lol....you know you've got to eat regularly....yep you need to carry those dextrose or jelly babies. You have done amazing in such a short while in your garden, but and here I am preaching....look after you!!!!

But of late not so much eating
Fam just don't get the carb thing so try not eat same as them but makes issues lol
But I will sort it all out once done garden and painted the house - laid new flooring throughout and take a out Three fire places and put in new cast iron ones

Difficult where carbs are concerned,my family think I sit and eat sweets( I don't) but they preach about good foods,don't need that,so you have my sympathies on that!!!
Take it steady you'll not manage any of it if you hypo....
