Hello everyone,
I've been reading the forum for month's and finally decided to post a few Question's.
I'll try explain easy I do a range of exercise classes including a HIT functional strength, Boxercise, Spin, Kettlebell along with my own weight work. I'm a 26yr old male average build Type 1 for 10yrs. I do workout's always in the evening 6pm-9pm.
I usually include a 20min fast walk or cycle in each workout.
My routine is I generally have my sugars high (8-15) when beginning my work outs to ensure I make it through. I sometime's eat a high carb meal a couple of hours before starting as-well.
I have found that I usually make it through the workout without any hypo's or even symptoms of low sugars (I normally begin to 'feel' low when below 4)
A need a little advice & help needed:
Why can I sometimes do test's during a workout and find I have readings of less than 4 & yet feel fine...?
I get home, watch tv; do a test before bed ( it reads 4-7 ) and I got to sleep, Why do I wake up with levels in the 20's?
Thanks
