Rude people! Not being able to do the things I want to do.
It is !! Excellent way to make a tea-time meal as well. Also like chopped up smoked sausage and spring onions as well.

My own little additive of choice is honey and mustard dressing (relax low-carberos) - a dash of it is enough, and doesn't add any noticeable carbs to the dish. Mix in some well chopped tomato, some cajun spices... blast I'm hungry.

Plain in the morning.

For dinner maybe some feta, spinach and asparagus, or ham and gruyere, or chorizo and manchego... mmmm :D

I put all sorts in my omelettes but a favourite is diced chicken, red pepper and dollops of Philadelphia cheese with garlic and herbs. Whack it under a hot grill, once the underside is cooked normally, in a pan on the hob and when it starts to slightly brown......slide onto a plate and enjoy!!!

Marmite in an omelette??? Sounds good to me - I'm assuming you just mix it in with the egg before you cook the omelette?

No, mix a little into the soft setting egg a little before ready to fold, sprinkle a few beans, fold when set.
