Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Had a 6.8 this morning after a 7.1 at bedtime. Will be cutting out all bread today, plate licking will result.

Bg 8.3 at 8.30 am then( no food ) had a okra drink then at 10 am it was 6.6
