Maybe where you are! Not a lot of heat round here, but I did swim in the SEA on Thursday and lived to tell the tale.6.7. Do you think the heats effecting our readings as we are all higher..!!
you have likely increased your insulin sensitivity with your long term low carb diet, keep up the good work, However I have found that it is the second day after a high carb mel where you can struggle with fasting levels. You can get away with it now and then but three years of handwork to increase insulin sensitivity can be undone in three days5.5 - it's normally 5.5 - 6.1 since I cut down the carbs 3 years ago. Then it was averaging 6.8.
I'm amazed - last night our choir held a fund raising quiz night with fish/chip supper so I expected to be high. I went to bed with a reading of 8.8.
