Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5.6 this morning, although I had been up and about for about an hour prior.

No such thing as a silly question. The numbers are the blood glucose readings taken very first thing in the morning. Before anything to eat or moving around.
