Brunch - 4 slices of spinach bread fried in butter with half a pack of Ardennes pate. Yummishness.
Dinner - Sirloin steak and spinach.
Snack - Dairlyea slices and a pack of Biltong.
@liam1955, this is the thread for "Low Carb" meal records. Your menu for today doesn't look very low carb!! Are you sure you're on the right part of the forum?

D: Chicken and mushroom carbonara with shirataki noodles (I know some people aren't fans, but I love them, plus they seem to lower my blood sugar a little, which is a nice bonus!)
