Morning folks. 5.0 fasting today. Very stressed I'm afraid.

9.4mmol/L I ate at 4:00 a.m. went back to bed and it was garbage food too w/o taking my meds. Booo!
I am NEVER going to do that again. I took my meds 2 hrs ago, now I've swung into a nasty hypo, 3.1. Took a Dex. now beginning to feel a bit better. It's like the worst panic attack... horrible memories.
