5.3 today. Went to the rugby at Twickenham yesterday and had a curry afterwards, a few pints as well and too many popadums, so a bit surprised.

Good afternoon all. I had a fasting reading of 5.5 this morning after a bedtime reading of 6.5 last night. I'm feeling a bit better today but have spent most of it under the duvet with my Kindle and lemon drinks.
