Bullies, discrimination of any kind, bad manners, parents who let their kids run amok & spoil things for everyone else, unkind spiteful people, being a clumsy clod, toast crumbs in the bed, cold feet!!
My husband woke me up at 4am as I was dripping with perspiration. Very confused & rambling on in a nonsensical way. Hubby started feeding me squares of chocolate & milk even before testing. 15 minutes later, I was much improved. At that point, I checked my BG, which was 4.4 So, goodness knows what it had dropped to. Hadn't eaten for over 12 hours. Lesson learnt.

5.4 this morning after hypo of 3.1 during the night. Hope your feeling better AJ I had a hypo too last night. See my post on type 2 life.

Sugar, in all it's iterations.
Morning everyone.... 7.2mmol/L this a.m. Had a dozen olives in tomato sauce for a snack before bed.....
