Bullies, discrimination of any kind, bad manners, parents who let their kids run amok & spoil things for everyone else, unkind spiteful people, being a clumsy clod, toast crumbs in the bed, cold feet!!
Morning folks. Hope all are well. BG 4.4 yesterday & 4.7 today.

Was 5.0 yesterday morning, sorry I couldn't get on the site for some reason. Am going back to bed for an hour then will do sugar levels.
