Hi does anyone ever get moody and emotional I do godsakers I have type 2 diabetes I'm on metaformin and gliclazide x

I have recently been diagnosed as type 2. Not on any medication at present, waiting to see nurse again. I have found that I have a very short fuse and blow up at silly things. I had not noticed it myself until my wife pointed it out. She says I've been like it for a while, and it's not normal for me. Hopefully when I get things under control I will be back to my old self. Hope this helps

I am newly diagnosed type 2 four weeks ago taking gliclazide and healthy eating.
I have found myself very emotional and crying over the simpleist of things, I too am also irritable and moody, so you are not alone.
Hopefully this will settle soon as we get used to new medications and ways of eating
